  2. I hear about the not skipping a meal advice all the time and that's one problem I have. I take meds that help with pmdd and with those meds it really stop my appetite to where I can go hours without eating. I'm always feel full so if I try to eat something, even if it's small, it upsets my stomach because my stomach inst hungry for it. So how do I not skip meals while taking these meds??
