Smoothie recipes:

1- Ginger shot Smoothie
1 tbsp Bee pollen
1/4 cup turmeric
1/2 cup ginger
1 orange
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 lemon
3/4 cup water

2- Berry smoothie
1/2 cup blueberry
1/2 cup strawberry
1/4 cup black berry
1/4 cup raspberry
2/3 cup Greek yogurt
1 cup water

3- Green juice
1 tbsp Hemp seeds
1 cup cucumber
1 green apple
1/2 cup spinach
1/2 cup kale
1/2 lemon
1/4 cup celery
1/4 cup ginger
1 cup water

4- Apple cider & kiwi
1/2 green Apple
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1 kiwi
1/2 cup water

5- Orange smoothie
1 tbsp Flax seeds
1 orange
1/2 lime
1 cup Carrot
3/4 cup water

  1. Hey Chris, I hope you see this comment. I was wondering what blender you use? We have a blender here, but it doesn't do the best job.

  2. Bro, 1/2 cup of ACV and you say you cant taste it. Good video till the bullshit was exposed. This is the first time you tried half of these and I can bet you nearly puked on all the ACV. Still some good suggestions, but lighten up on the BS a little.

  5. My smoothie recipe that taste like ice cream is as follows

    8 ice cubes
    1 frozen banana
    1/2 cup rolled oats
    2 scoops optimum vanilla protein powder
    2 tbsp cacao powder
    360ml almond milk

    addons (before almond milk):
    1 tbsp instant coffee (gives u a serious kick!)
    1 serving hemp heart seeds
    1 serving hemp protein powder
    1 serving milled mixed seeds and nuts
    1 serving maca powder (spicy!)

    Blend until smooth.

    Take with a side of vitamin D and Zinc

    Taste like chocolate ice cream. It’s like 595 calories without the addons but 1089 calories with the addons and 80g protein.

    I’m really skinny so trying to bulk up but is getting a bit boring so will try Chris’s for fun- probably the berry one

Hey Chris, I kind of have a question are these good if you wanted to go on a fast for a few days meaning if I wanted to just have these five smoothies one every couple hours for about four or five days would that go well for weight loss and maintaining some muscle and strain?.   9. The smoothie I’ve been having pretty much every morning has

    2-3 bananas depending on the size
    1/4 cup of cream
    1/4 cup 0% milk
    1/2 cup water
    1/2 cup of plain oats
    A small bit of vanilla extract
    1 tablespoon of pure honey for a natural sweetener
    1tsp of creatine or protein powder

    It’s not many ingredients but it definitely tastes good

  11. Muscle Milk is pure garbage. I am surprised Chris is using something that poor and bad for your health. I also noticed he is using some other really poor products like Chobani. Hey Chris, there are much better options out there, do some ingredient research.

  12. I'm going to try all of these. I mostly don't eat vegetables. All my life I avoided them but my tate buda changed now that I'm almost 30. How often a day do you recommend drinking these?

  13. If you have pollen alergies, it is encouraged to take bee pollen. Because in small regular quantities it can teach your body to stop reacting badly to polens

  15. (RANT) I've been sitting on my a$$ watching Chris Heria videos for years. 40 pack smokes a day, 4 600ml iced coffees minimum a day and i eat maybe once a day, which is normally fast food. I shouldn't be alive today. I've sat at 95-100kg at 6ft for 10 years now since i stopped working out, i'm now 29. this has been my exact routine for 10 years. I have chronic chest pain and 0 energy. I don't even work full time anymore because my energy levels and immune system is so low i'm always getting sick or to tired. Tomorrow after work i'm shooting down to get a camera holder/food shopping and starting my Chris Heria journey. I'll see use in 1 year from now. Tuesday, 15 August 2023. If i don't make this change i'll be dead before then. Stay humble.
