5 Key Factors for Successful Parenting @Parenting101

After years of providing therapy to children and families, I realized there is a need for mass, free education, and resources for families worldwide. Parenting101 is for caretakers– any caretaker interested in learning how to take care of themselves so we can be better humans for others. This YouTube channel will teach you how to become a happier, more successful parent–which will help our children become better, happier humans.

Let’s face it, in today’s economy, the struggle is getting real. There are more and more single-parent households than ever before, impoverishment continues to rise, and inflation and other economic factors continue to limit resources for families. A large percentage of parents (about 1 in 3) in the United States are single and time-constrained, and almost half of single mothers live below poverty (United States Census Bureau, 2020). Why does this matter? This can make it challenging to balance work, family, and personal relationships, let alone self-care (which you will see is a common topic of conversation in my videos). This phenomenon inspired me to provide parenting education and support, for FREE!!!

Over the next year, I plan to provide at least one video per week that will incorporate scientific data and action plans to help us improve our mental and physical health. Additionally, I plan to upload one video per week dedicated to working with YOU on your unique challenges and share this with the world in hopes of making an even larger footprint on society.

Analise’s expertise includes teaching university education, preschool education, providing therapy for families, performance coaching, addiction research, raising children, and studying for her doctorate in psychology. Through personal experiences with loss and trauma, she has learned to humbly empathize with others and believes in giving back, practicing kindness, and promoting courage and growth in our communities.
