Bananas, peeled & chopped- 2 medium size
Milk(dairy or non-dairy) -1 cup
Instant oats(or quick cook oats)-1/4 cup
Honey or maple syrup- 1tbsp (or any sweetener of choice)
Peanut or Almond Butter- 1 tbsp
Greek yogurt, plain or vanilla- 2 tbsp
Ground Cinnamon – 1/4 tsp
Place everything in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy
