Eating healthy feels impossible for a postal worker working 10 hours. Unless I eat only once or twice a day, cause being a delivery driver almost requires a fast food meal for lunch.
I just started eating healthier by adding 1 serving of Vegetable to every meal. I don't want to move too fast, or be overwhelmed. One step at a time is working for me! ☺
Is anybody thinking this is good for life in general? Some of these things I could use in my daily life as well as in my life with Food. I love to cook I cook all the time. It would be nice if I could cook a little bit healthier. I know that I need to work on that and that is why I am here at this video because I’m so tired of allowing myself to do things that I know is bad for me! Thank you

It's one thing to suggest that you go back to relying on your body signals rather than eating by a clock but what about if you have a family of four. Not everyone is going to be hungry at the same time and no way am I making 4 meals at different parts of the day. Also, if I wait til I'm hungry to start supper, that's when I grab takeout rather than taking the time to cook.

I'm here because I want to eat healthier and I want to make my family eat healthy too. It'll be very hard but I think I can do it at least with my mom and my dad. The first thing I want to do is to start doing recipes on my own so that my family can try it and tell me if they like it or don't. Eating clean is not the way to go. Trust me. Unless it works for you already. I’d rather eat everything I love in moderation! Trust me !!! Coming from some one who has lost and KEPT off 80 lbs of body fat 🙂
I suggest wearing a catcher's mask in your 1st year if all else fails. sometimes you have to go to any lengths. Now PLAY BALL⚾⚾⚾⚾⚾
