  1. Drinking 8 (8) ozs of water everyday is not for everyone. People with health problems, especially, heart problems are not to drink that much water. It can be dangerous to the heart. Too much water drinking can overload the kidneys. There is no medical proof I know of or researched that drinking that much water is safe and sufficient for the body. It was started by a weight loss business. Doctors recommend to drink water only when you are thirsty. If too much water is drunk, it can cause weight gain. Whatever goes into the body will cause weight of some type. All one needs to do to lose weight is to lower their portions of food (fist size). And mentally tell themselves that they will eat healthy and be healthy. It's self-control!
