Our healthcare system is such that everyone at some point in time has undergone a stressful time, not only because of the illness but the extreme financial stress that comes with treatment procedures. High hospital costs, expensive medicines and bad insurance schemes have caused people a lot of trouble, many times to an extent that people have lost all their savings or homes and gone under debt. Let’s discuss how this whole system is so broken and inefficient, what all wrongdoings are happenings, the things which could improve on or at least be aware of.

Today not 100% agree
Brother u have done reseaech but its partial, sometime seat with a doctor and listen to them, few of your doubts will get clear. The picture is not as simple as it looks.
Sir bhot Acha lagta hai apka video bhot kuch sikhne ko milta hai apke video se 🇮🇳
Some points may be correct. I work in a govt. setup dat too in a known govt. hospital. Books we read are of foreign authors. Protocols which we follow are made by w.h.o or at international levels. Most of the medicines are not in supply dat too most of the time. C.t machine don’t work most of the time. Path labs take 3 days average for a normal report which can be done in 1 hour from outside.pet scans not available in most of the govt hospitals. Working 12 hour on daily basis with handful of salary is quite distressful. Even labour law states to work for 48 hours per week but most of the doctors work for more than 120 hours per week even saturdays and sundays are not off… nobody is talking about population control and excessive burden over doctors….less no. Of seats with high institutional fees…. Why govt don’t give facilities to govt hospital bcz nearby private hospitals are paying huge amount of money in their pockets….Give 15 years to this country and live in a rented house and people curse and think we make plenty of money. Preparing for M.r.c.s and soon I will also leave my country like my colleagues. They were right there is no respect of doctors here
Ultimately it always circles back to govt.
Number of time i feel helpless because limited resources and quack in healthcare system..
70% doctor want server as we learn in our novel profession but system somewhere surpress our dedication and honesty .. patient is just not as patient they are more than that.
We are shame for this.
Government should ban co-operate hospital..
Where doctor work as slave rather than doctors.
Inbuilt course doctor patient intraction before hospital practice.
Doctor should be polite to patients in fron of resident doctors intern and junior doctors..
Aur yeh halat 10 saal me bhi thik nhi hoga….aur haam aam log kuch kar bhi nhi sakte

भारत का हेल्थ केयर सिस्टम कितना अच्छा है? क्या औकात है?, यह कोरोना के दौरान पता चल गया था।।
Pata nhi kyun India mein har medical related issues ko media ke according Medical Council of India hi sahi lgta hai. Dusra ek doctor se zyada ek pharmacist ko zyada knowlegde rehti hai drug ke baare mein par koi puchta hi nhi.
Drugs se related issues to bhi MCI, koi aur issue to MCI. Sir Drugs ke baare mein jaana hai to Pharmacy ke councils hai unse puche. PCI hai, IPA hai, CDSCO hai. CDSCO ke sign ke bina sir ek bhi drug market mein Naa Aya India ke. Pharmacy ki central regulatory authority hai India ki woh lekin har jagah MCI and doctors.
My rant is not against the doctors in any sense but against the mentality that doctors are everything, a god. Without us doctors won't be able to do anything. We are their limbs figuratively.
I'm sorry but beg to differ from you where you said that for launching a generic product r&d is not much required. If you see how a generic product can be launched in a market, you will found that through ANDA form, there's a requirement of BE studies sir. BE studies do require a r&d.
Furthermore, generic product needs to prove the sufficient result to that of branded product that it's showing same results. Except for API, excipients can be different in that sir and the quality of excipients might be less to decrease the cost. A study should be done on the generic product sold outside vs generic product sold within the country. Regulatory requirements might sound same in two different countries, but in India many companies looks way to bypass those regulations. CDSCO VS USFDA. Check which one of them is more stringent.
See some time you do need a brand product. During black fungus infection, a drug readily used was amphotericin B. But many people on news tv, newspaper everywhere saying why they are selling amphotericin B for 8000 where you can get it in generic for 400. But they won't tell that 8000 was lyophllizied injection where 400 was tablet. Entire process of manufacturing a lyophllizied injection is not cheap at all and in black fungus amphotericin B tablet won't work good.
For every dis-ease, there is treatment in Homeopathy. All serious diseases are because of wrong treatment by Allopathy. I am a practising Homeopathic doctor for the last 37 years. There is third generation people coming now for treatment. Which means, a child who has taken treatment, is coming with his/her children. And take this from me, whoever has taken homeopathic medicine for every little health issue, has never gone into serious disease. It is left to general public to choose safe and inexpensive Homeopathic medical treatment over costly and ineffective Allopathic treatment.
Nitish bhai, iam a neurologist . Whatever u r telling is damn truth.
