Clear Advantages: Ultrasound Education at Penn’s Perelman School of Medicine

The ultrasound education at the Perelman School of Medicine (PSOM) at the University of Pennsylvania is extensive and rigorous, spanning all four years of the medical school curriculum—with ultrasound training beginning right away for students.

Now, PSOM students are leveling up on bedside ultrasound training to enhance diagnostic and procedural skills, thanks to a donation of 60 Butterfly ultrasound devices. The devices allow students to gain even more hands-on learning opportunities outside of the classroom and hospital.
