In this video I’ll share with you how to eat in a way that will strengthen your immune system and boost the immune system. Healthy eating doesn’t always mean the healthy foods you are consuming contain the proper vitamins for immune system health nor does it mean that you are consuming foods in the most efficient way possible for your body to absorb or process those vitamins. The COVID-19 pandemic has had many of us thinking critically about the strength of our immune systems. The coronavirus is of course a virus and our immune system is our body’s number one difference against all viruses. This video won’t cover fasting and immune system health but it will cover how to boost immune systems naturally, how to support a healthy immune system with your diet and a list of foods to boost your immune system.
