I'm a woman (for context) & I'm befuddled as to how there's women literally shrieking, shaking & crying because they'll no longer be able to yeet their own offspring.

SCOTUS did not rule that Abortion is illegal killing an unborn child, they ruled it is not a Right, it is a privilege. Privilege’s are under State Legislation on age of becoming an Adult or Driving a Car.
The beauty of the USA is we have fifty states, if you do not any particular laws in your state, move to a state that best supports your position. Easy Peasy.
