My HEALTH experience:
Buddy gets tickets to go see them in Portland at some venue in 2019. Never heard of them, listened to a few songs, sounds kinda cool. Get absolutely plastered before the show, met John as he was selling the t-shirts, super nice guy, told me to get an XL because I was tall.
HEALTH comes on and I'm basically the guy at 01:30 – puked my guts out in the bathroom, came out listened to one song then went home.
10/10 would see them again

I think the lyrics of this song are very interesting.
Jacob seems to be wondering about life after death ("Will we see the ones we've lost?"), but he also wants to be positive about this concept by using life-affirming words ("Life is good").
Also, at the beginning of the song he uses words that create mental pictures about a hypothetical war or a violent environment ("Let the guns go off, let the bombs explode, let the lights go dark").
It's all very confusing, but it works well in the musical context. I mean, he probably felt very confused when he thought about the whole thing.
Anyway, he's really good at writing lyrics that tie into the mood of the tracks and this definitely contributes to the appeal of their music.
