  2. Hello mam please make a schedule for us my shift timing it 8-30 pm to 5-30 am.
    And my travel time would be 4 hours login and logg out plz advice.

  5. Working in night shifts….during work….feel hungry around 3-4am early morning. What to eat in this time ?

    Before i used to eat 5Rs packet snacks but i detected just beginning of non alcoholic fatty liver. So, now i want to turn towards vegetable and fruits. Even in dinner. Wants to cut down carbs…..

    Any suggestions ?

  10. Thank u so much Ma'm.Much much needed video. I'm an intern at a tertiary care hospital and ve to work for 12hrs and even 24 – 36 hrs at a stretch and it really affects the health. Was eagerly looking for some advise on this.
