Hello mam please make a schedule for us my shift timing it 8-30 pm to 5-30 am.

Working in night shifts….during work….feel hungry around 3-4am early morning. What to eat in this time ?
Before i used to eat 5Rs packet snacks but i detected just beginning of non alcoholic fatty liver. So, now i want to turn towards vegetable and fruits. Even in dinner. Wants to cut down carbs…..
