For the sausage and peppers sheet pan meal, if it stays a long time in the freezer it will probably have freezer "burns " , how do you go about it?
And how do you go about all the water that will be released from unfrosting?
I ask because water in a crock pot is ok, I'm just not sure how to go about it in a sheet pan?

Can the meals be frozen in foil containers instead of the plastic bags and then cooked in the oven in the same foil pan? Also, unrelated, but I noticed you have the same kitchen cupboards that our house had when we moved in. Then when I went to the description to see the recipes I saw where you live and it turns out we live very near to you. We might have had the same home builder.
