  1. Meditation is just listening to water that changes the neuroplacity by calming the rythem you'll forget what was even on your mind prior because now your mind is over matter, until your head becomes busy again, interestingly if you just close your eyes out side feel the wind touch you let the wind grab you feel it's presence grow stronger, there was no sounds now the sounds increase the birds, it starts getting louder but then the wind stops, the birds stop there is different noices, mostly all taking turns now you realise the Maya illusion that all matter is a lie, you follow a script and pattern that makes sense to you. Bless your selves, mind over matter, positive choices all will be well now go bless yourselves ❤️

  2. I struggle with healthy habits because of fibromyalgia. It's a fine balance between medications, so that you can get some sleep but not be a zombie the next day. I used to be very active, meditate, eat right, and I need to get back to that.

  3. Great list. The idea here needs to be, start doing these things as early in life as you can. You never know what tomorrow will bring, and you may not be able to start something later. Eat healthy, exercise, keep your brain active and engaged, and I would add to limit overthinking – overthinking wastes time, and it’s circular, meaning there is no resolution. Relax and let things be as they are, and even begin to enjoy them that way. Great video. Thumbs up.

  4. This is an awesome video that put together a few things I knew would be good for me and a great explanation for each habit! Thank you!

  5. Felicidades, es un buen ejemplo.
