  1. Hi Ma’am. It feels like this video is dedicated to me. 🥰. Past few days I had a terrible pain at the lower back, and also at the buttocks area. Walking feels ok.. but very hard to sit and if sitting very hard to stand up. Need to hold on to something to sit or to stand. Lying down is the most comfortable position. Went to see a traditional chiropractor , he checked the stomach, intestines region & the lower back region.

    His Diagnosis :
    1) indigestion issues, heavy hot gases from the intestines creates pressure to the lower back and pushing the nerves

    2) He pressed in a vertebrae, apparently it is protruding out, just a slight. Could be caused by old injuries or lifestyle. After the pressing , I can sit and stand up easily.

    Ma’am: Can please advise me how can I keep the lower back strong. That it won’t simply bulge out .. I’m 45 years old. I have done some heavy lifting during the younger years. Pain comes and goes at the lower back. And if sometimes sitting or waking up after sleep, can’t stand straight straightway, the stomach feels like pulls your back down.. after a while then can stand straight.

    Please advise ma’am.
