  1. Nato is delicious, notes of coffee and chocolate. Can be used in savory or sweet dishes. Eating it right now.

  2. Wow never realised menopause is so severe, just thought it's something a woman goes through for a month or so when they get older and then they stop having periods and they don't have to deal with all of that anymore, so this has been very educational thank you!

  3. Great video with valuable information. I would like more information on the source and production of the actual hormones used in replacement therapy. Are they derived from animal sources or other chemicals?

  4. All of a sudden I started having synchronicities and started manifesting things I could ever imagine!
    Thanks

  5. My comment 222. She has a pleasant voice plus British accent – pleasure to listen to 👍💚
Quoter of the interview in, I am still waiting for the good stuff to start.

  6. Have been childless due to infertility well now is your chance to conceive Dr OBEHi Herbal home has natural herbs to fertile your body I am now with a child after suffering for long..

  7. Loved this conversation today… thank you. I'm 58 and went plant base/whole food two and a half years ago! My partner isn't plantbased and I didn't push it at all with him. However, he has started eating alot of what I eat … because he enjoys it!
So less meat dishes for him! 🌱

  8. Endometriosis
by Anthony Willams book “Cleanse to Heal”

Viruses and bacteria feed on sources that include foreign hormones from animal products and synthetic, manufactured sources to which we’re commonly exposed, often via our food, water, laundry and cleaning products, perfumes and colognes, air fresheners, scented candles, pesticides, fungicides, herbicides, plastics, and more.

The byproduct that these pathogens produce in and around the female reproductive system activates and prompts abnormal tissue growth in order to trap and encase this toxic byproduct so it doesn’t injure the uterus and other critical parts of the reproductive system.

This tissue has the tendency to spread faster when on a high-fat/high-protein diet that includes foods such as eggs, milk, cheese, and butter because these are troublemaker foods that feed the pathogens, leading to increased production of viral and bacterial byproduct. Toxic heavy metal exposure can also exacerbate endometriosis.

Find out how to heal in the New York Times best-selling book, including foods to eat, foods to avoid, supplements with dosages, and delicious healing recipes in Cleanse To Heal.

  9. Wow this woman is awesome. Thank you so much for having her. The way she explained living in alignment with your values gave me goosebumps, and that mantra at the end is one of the most beautiful things I have ever heard. What an amazing episode, thanks Rich and Gemma x

  10. Invite Dr. Michael Klaper 🙂 He is an amazing vegan doctor with 40 years of experience.
    Loved the interview. 🙂

  11. Thanks for the interview. I've had endometriosis, fibroid tumors and ovarian cysts. I've had issues for many years to the point I eventually had a hysterectomy in April of 2008. It's had to deal with because either you are ignored or they tell it's normal. I had it so severe to bleed heavy and long, lasting for weeks or more.

  12. I didn't know orcas and pilot whales were the only other animals besides humans that go through menopause. Interesting. Thank you for this podcast. 😊

  13. Lol I have add and it was quasi easy to switch to whole food plant diet. I even grow some of my own food. Once you see the research its a nobrainer.

  14. I don't think menopause needs to be a thing at all if women did not have life stresses piling up around that time with issues around their husband and children in overtly or even less severely patriarchal societies. Of course, these stresses can have worse effects if nutritionally also, their bodies reach crisis point at that time due to a lifetime of bad diets.
Menopause or periods were never an issue in my family where girls and women are given much attention and appreciation, as a matter of course.

  15. Great interview – thankyou 🙏🏻. My mum suffered terribly with the menopause for years. I had virtually no symptoms and feel that has been due to the fact that I am vegan and my mum eats meat and dairy very regularly.

  16. The one VERY important point not addressed here is that a LOW FAT whole foods approach is what helps with endometriosis, heart disease and diabetes reversal. That is the key point. I'm referencing Dr. Esselstyn, Dr. Cyrus Khambatta, Dr. Barnard, etc.
High fat, but especially oil in our diet is the culprit.

  17. 👏👏THANK YOU! Rich and Dr. Newman this was amazing and a beautiful valuable contribution to Woman’s health, which is so neglected! YES you are right on Menopause is a public health issue.. it needs to change!! People like you are going to do that! I’m s Women who has suffered silently and alone it’s awful and a crime! I’m sharing my experience on my channel hoping to help make that change on how we go through Menopause! To have it become a beautiful valuable transformation instead!!!❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏✨✨✨😘

  18. Think of what she is saying. A physician with a mountain of evidence and a personal plant based triumph still has trepidation speaking about a plant based diet with her patients.

  19. I’ll never get that time back. Oh well, I’m glad I was multitasking. Canola oil. 😅 I won’t go into my other criticisms as they’re not politically correct. Even as a female, I’m no longer allowed to make them.

  20. I just love how genuinely Rich is weirded out and simultaneously amazed by women's concerns and major turns in life

  21. Our culture values youth and beauty as evidenced by the overwhelming number of women having their bodies augmented by plastic surgery and injectables. There is thinking that menopause is a 'modern' nuisance that needs to be regulated. I'm 67…no one ever talked to me about menopause. All you read and hear about is how to replace the lost hormones so your skin and hair don't thin and you continue to look younger. I went 100% plant-based 18 years ago. At the time I was in perimenopause. I did not suffer through hot flashes…it was mild and sporadic. I'd never heard of vaginal atrophy until recently. One doctor claims that estrogen based lubricant is essential and that our bodies do not absorb the hormone. I've not gained weight, no issue with bone loss but I'm an active person. I've not seen the need to use HRT and was told it's too late and may be detrimental for me to begin at my age. I'll continue to stay active and eat plant-based.

  22. Pain was my reason to change my eating. Everyone else in the house had no interest. Over time they changed from drinking cow’s milk to almond drink. One of them eats vegan most of the time. Having patience is quite wise.

  23. Not for men very 95% focused on women. So unbalanced. This is the problem in our time today. Everything is way-way out of balance.

  24. Here is the mantra in Japanese characters and in Rōmaji (the Romanization of Japanese characters).

  25. Interesting fact, is if you delve into recepe books on different countries, you start making delicious meals and don't even realise your not eating meat, one worth a peak is Otto Lingi, you can basically introduce taste that replaces meats.

  26. Why does she make unsubstantiated claims about seed oils being healthy? The consumption of all of them, with some exception to olive oil, is detrimental to the endocrine and circulatory systems, and elicit inflammatory responses when consumed… Wow.

And regarding hormones; they are likely secreted in defense from the constant barrage of plant hormones, goitrogens, volatile compounds, and phenols making their way into the bloodstream.

    But okay doc
