Semen Analysis-
A semen analysis measures three major factors of sperm health:

Hormonal analysis-

Ultrasound Scrotum-
We do testing ultrasound scrotum only when we have any doubt in clinical examination Or we have to detect subclinical varicocele. We do not give this advice to every patient.

Genetic testing- to know the genes of the sperms. This is also not required in every couple. If sperm count is less than five million per ml, then it is very important to know that there is no genetic problem in it which could be transferred to offspring as well.
Genetic tests are- karyotype testing, single gene mutation detection is also done and one is Y chromosome microdeletion.

Sperm DNA Fragmentation-
This detects the quality of sperm. About the genes of sperm,
And to check if there is any damage due to which pregnancy is not happening. Sometimes it has been seen that sperm analysis is absolutely normal. But due to excessive sperm DNA fragmentation, pregnancy does not occur.
