  1. The first order at McDonald's is absolutely hilarious in my opinion 😂 The fact that the waiter asked to his collegues about healthy food is sooooo funny !

  2. I though McDonald’s had salads? 😂 As a raw vegan, I would be so sick. Have you tried raw veganism? I’m new to your channel so you probably already tried it! I mainly eat fruit, veggies, nuts, and seeds.

  3. I save so much money just simply not eating out. In school we had to pay for lunch every day so when I graduated I was already in that routine plus my daily coffee, snacks, and then whatever we got for dinner. Cooking is fun (when you have the time and patience) but even if you dont like it, they got airfryers and things that make it so simple… please make your own food if you can. Whenever I eat something "processed" I can literally taste how sweet and greasy it is, I even get a headache. Not worth the money or calories.

  4. I’ve worked at McDonald’s the healthiest meals would be 1. (a side salad with grilled chicken, apple bites and water) 2. ( grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce, onion, tomato, pickles,mustard with a side of apples or salad and water to drink)

  5. It's a little silly to do a before and after photo for 24 hours hours AND doing your normal exercises. I mean what do you expect to change?

  6. I think a benefit of having a younger father is the brotherly chemistry that comes with it. The stern necessity for discipline and the empathy for a bond is essentially what a father figure should have, but is typically seen from an older brother. Great balance!

Choose grilled chicken over crispy chicken and you can replace bread with lettuce and if you absolutely need suace choose hot sauce with low calories, by the way if something says 0 calories it never is 0 is uo to 4 cal so your hot sauce you use is actually up to 4 cal Per serving, and another tip: frozen veggies and fruits or fresh out the garden veggies and fruits. If you grow your own fruits and veggies and eat them right when you pick them you get the most nutrients plus it's cheap planting and growing yourself, if you buy frozen veggies and fruits then it's cheaper then buying "fresh" ones at the store plusnit had more nutrients inside them because they freeze them right when they pick them!
