The comments on here are terrifying. These are still people with moms and dads and grandparents some are actually children and the Christian right can't find enough charity to even consider them as living beings. The cost to care for these people is nothing compared to the money extorted from tax payers to fund useless government spending or worse still subsidies for major corporations making record profits. More love for billionaires then the sick and homeless of the world Jesus would be rolling in his grave if he knew what you'll have been saying

I'm not worried though looks like this is the only human rights concession he's willing to consider

Taking advantage of The First Amendment, I have posted some remarks recently. It provoked certain reaction, to which I responded as indicated below. Or rather, I attempted to respond, since in spite of my multiple attempts, my response was not saved. I made a copy of my answer however, and would like to post it now again, along with my original remarks. Or, at least, I will try to post it, since I am not sure if it is going to be accepted.

If anyone of you is still an atheist or agnostic, and if anyone wants to have proof that God, our Creator, really exists, just look at Joe and Nancy. Not mentioning that laughing Kamel (with my sincere apology and my genuine sympathy to all Mongolians, Bactrians and Dromedaries, should they feel uneasy about the behavior of that bright-minded specimen).

Do you think that such miracles happen by chance? Even for God, who is truly Almighty, it could not have been an easy task. But hey, He did it!!!

With all the respect, if you believe in God, look at what The Bible says: "Judge a tree by the fruit it bears". Not by the fruit it talks about.

Even if you do nor believe in God, or if you are of a different faith than Judeo-Christianity, which I appreciate and respect, the Truth is universal.

I am, in fact, a fair guy. Open to criticism and very respectful. Even if someone disagrees with me and holds totally opposite view. Even if it completely differs from mine, I do respect any point of view. After all, this is what freedom and tolerance are actually about.

I grew up under totalitarian system*. I know how it works and why. And it actually does make sense…, for them. If you would like to have more detailed explanation, I will refer you to iconic "1984" by George Orwell.
