Made with easy ingredients like bluberries, oats, and nuts, its cozy flavor and creamy texture trigger sensations of comfort, all while fueling my body for a healthy day ahead. A recipe suitable for everyone, including vegans!

Blueberries contain a natural antioxidant called Catechins. Catechins kick-start the fat burning genes in your stomach, helping you burn belly fat faster than would have otherwise been possible.
If you’re new to the smoothie game, it’s also a delicious, approachable place to start.

Ingredients:

2 tbsp rolled oats
1 tablespoon chia seeds
20 g nuts (1/4 US cup)
80 g fresh or frozen blueberries ( 1/2 cup.)
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
240 ml milk / or plant milk (1 cup)
cinnamon for decor

  2. I would advertise it as an healthy smoothie without banana, but certainly not a way to loose weight!! sugar in it, fruits and milk aren’t a way to loose weight! False advertisement! Sorry!

  5. This is delicious. No need to add honey or any other sweetener. I used decicated coconut / ground almonds +half an advadcado n a few ice cubes lovely cool and creamy. Delicious. Xx
