  1. It seems like a lot because they put it in minutes. This is 2.5 – 5 hrs total per week. Which is roughly 22 – 43 minutes per day. Not really that much.

  2. My Nephew represented Canada in the Olympics. I was in bettrer shape than Bruce Lee before my health went downhill due to foold poinsoning that nealry killed me back in April 1997.
