PMGR: Addressing Social Determinants of Health in Clinical Care

The July 2022 Preventive Medicine Grand Rounds features a presentation by Population Health Training in Place Program (PH-TIPP) graduate Dr. Didi Ebert. Dr. Ebert will describe how social determinants of health present in clinical care and they influence health outcomes and disparities. She will describe strategies to address social determinants of health, including those to align primary care with public health through clinical services and healthcare professions education.
