Keto, paleo, vegetarian, carnivore… It seems there are a million different diet options. So how is a person supposed to choose the “right” healthy diet?
I’ve tried a lot of different diets over the years, some for short-term reasons, and some to see if I could eat that way over the longterm.
And I’ve finally come to settle on the 11 principles of Weston A. Price. They can apply to just about any diet you choose–basic principles that will work regardless of your own preferences and sensitivities.
