Relieve Hamstring Pain in Seconds #Shorts

Dr. Rowe shows how to relieve hamstring pain with the ‘hamstring glider’ exercise.
This will help lengthen the muscle for quick relief, and also strengthen at the same time — which may help get rid of the pain for good.
It can be done at home and may give quick hamstring pain and tightness relief… even within seconds.
Let us know how it works for you.

How to decompress the spine without a lumbar traction?
We do this in Pilates.
Brilliant! Used socks on hardwood floor…made it more challenging but worked perfectly !

Dear Dr.Rowe thanks again and again!
I seriously am considering coming out from the west coast for a week just so you can help me . I've always had back pain and we could never figure it out . Then I had a lung X-ray one day for a cough and it showed dextroscoliosis!
This is right on time.Thank you so much.Ive been doing something similar but the paper plates are a perfect idea.I wasn't sliding my feet forward I think this will help so much more.🙂
Thank you
