Resiliency zone or the zone of well being is something we don’t often think about … until it is broken

I share a few observations in this video and talk about how the hyperarousal state of stress shows up as a symptom of lost resilience.

If you are noticing mood changes, relationships struggles, feeling isolated and on edge, not sleeping well, you may be experiencing a loss of resiliency

the good news is resiliency can be rebuilt and rehabilitated (my nursing flare here).

It is a learned skill set and in this video I share three strategies to support the maintenance and health of your resilience
