Social Determinants of Health and Sections A, B, and D Workshop

In this presentation, IRF and LTCH providers are given the opportunity to test their knowledge of the Social Determinants of Health (SDOH), and other Section A and B data elements found in the Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility Patient Assessment Instrument (IRF-PAI) 4.0 and Long-Term Care Hospital CARE Data Set (LCDS) 5.0. Scenario based questions will be explored with answers and rationale provided.
