What you said about stop focusing on the what and the how gave me so much peace because I struggle with that; with asking for the knowledge, the tips and tricks, the step by step that works for other people but that doesn´t necessarily works for me. Instead of looking for that, I will start looking for the WHO, for the Great I am, for filling up firstly and mostly with Him and His wisdom. Then, all the other things will be given as well, as He promises in Matthew 6:33

  10. This video really spoke to me at the right time. I’m currently in my own “season”, working full time and decided to double up on classes (so school full time) to fast track graduation and get my BA by February. I’ve been working my way through school since high school, so 10 years, and I can finally see the light and my drive to finish is so strong, but I keep saying that I’ve never been so busy in my life. Taking care of two dogs, the house, self care, health, exercise, etc. is all so much to keep up with in addition to this. It was just so calming to hear you say what you did about a busy time in life. Ambition is a blessing and a curse, but it’s nice to hear other ambitious people validate the craziness. Thanks ❤️ and thanks for always spreading positivity and brightening my day.

  13. So good. I've actually been watching a ton of your videos lately. I really enjoy the topics, the joy, and the passion. I'm in my mid 40s but you remind me so much of myself. I love the deeper knowledge and wisdom you present on what it means to nourish yourself. With age I have developed sensitivities to certain foods and it just got hard to know what to eat. So this year I am learning to cook more. I wasn't restricting myself to diet, but I was lost and frustrated which led to restricting myself just to not feel worse each day. I am also going to incorporate breakfast before coffee. That tip blew me away!!!

  21. I'm glad that you mentioned liking the video, because I was sitting here loving what you were saying and so into it that hitting the thumbs up had not occurred to me, haha! Thumbs up for sure! I so agree with what you said about the love of God flowing through you, and how that extends to how you can view others with love, rather than "picking apart the image of God." I thought that was a beautiful way to express that.

    I have so much to improve on with self care, it's ridiculous. I unfortunately have not been taking very good care of myself for a long time. I'm trying to focus on taking better care of my teeth this year….flossing more, etc. Yesterday after watching one of your videos, I went out and got myself a multivitamin. I know that baby steps are effective, so I'm not setting any major goals. Being a truck driver is one of the worst jobs for health, but I haven't figured out how to get out of the industry yet, as much as I want to. I try to eat healthy, but I don't eat enough. I used to cook on the truck a lot, but after taking a break, I'm finding it hard to get back in the routine and find the time to do food prep and cook.

    On a positive note, I've been led to study herbal medicine and wild medicinal plants. I'm also studying the use of herbal remedies for pets as well as humans. Also, I have had personal experiences of healing through prayer alone. The first one was being set free from 4 years of grieving over a lost relationship. The second was all the pain from my shoulder bursitis went away and I no longer have to take pain meds for it. The third was that I no longer have period cramps after having them for years (I didn't pray for that specifically, but it happened after an intense prayer session, and I don't know of any other reason to attribute it to). God is truly amazing. I'm so glad that you are not afraid to share your faith. I want to do that more, but I struggle with a lot of self doubt. Anyway, this is getting way too long. Just thank you for what you are doing to try to help and encourage people, and be a positive example.

  22. This giveaway is probably over but I just recently re-discovered your channel. You're content is a breath of fresh air! This year I'm working so hard to just move more. I'm barely hitting 5k steps a day but really trying to amp that up to get my body feeling better and less achy. Also focusing on nourishing my body with better foods.
