Supreme Court rejects Biden's COVID vaccine rule for businesses, allows health care worker mandate
The U.S. Supreme Court will allow the Biden administration to enforce a nationwide COVID-19 vaccine requirement for health care workers. But the court rejected a vaccine-or-test mandate for large companies. Absolutely there is No need to force Vaccines on anyone.
It does not seem right to lump everybody into one group and say that all people must be vaccinated. What about the people who have stopped breathing or had a seizure from previous vaccines. They literally could die and fear for their life over a forced medical choice! Or what about my coworker who is recently diagnosed with multiple sclerosis and is afraid to put any kind of new vaccine into her immune system. Another coworker who is trying to get pregnant and wants to breast-feed and just does not want to take a new vaccine at this time. These good hardworking people are losing their livelihoods and being discriminated against. Also let’s factor in the thousands and thousands of FAKE vaccine cards in every county!!!! People go around working, shopping and socializing with people who are not vaccinated but they have no idea!! With something that is impossible to control, people should not be penalized and segregated… it all defies logic!!!!

Of the 16 immunizations the CDC recommends for children and teens, all 50 states (plus the District of Columbia) mandate diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis (whooping cough), polio, measles, rubella and chickenpox. In addition, every state except Iowa mandates immunization against mumps.
Vaccine mandates have been around for a long time. Get used to it.
There needs to be a way out for people who can't get vaccinated due to various medical reasons, which isn't a small number.

I'm pretty convinced at this point that politics are one of the sole reasons why Covid is still an alarming thing. I've scrolled through these dumb comments and see all these people saying "oh im not getting the vaccine cus trump says this or biden says that" like you guys are really gonna make this decision by what two old bags tell you to do? And I'm not addressing those who won't get the vaccine cus of the survival rate or anything like that, AT LEAST they got their own mind, but some of you guys are making really important decisions only by what politicians tell you and not what the doctors do, which is honestly very disappointing.
It's crazy to think that if a Republican spearheaded the vaccine rollout, all these Covid+ anti-vax bros would have been first in line to get the jab! Before any federal Congressional bill is published for consideration by Congress, the specific section of the constitution giving the federal government the power to impose that law on the states should be named explaining how it applies. The same requirements should apply to executive orders.
What an absolute shame it is that the court is allowing this ridiculous mandate to inject experimental pharmaceuticals into medical workers who were previously called heroes and essential workers for the last two years.
