    I am having anosmia conditions partially lost seance of small due to long time using Nasal spray more then 20 years as my nose one side blocked particularly in night I can't sleep w/o use drop. I conslated ENT gave me some medicine but no cure
    then i consulted homeopathic schwabe medicine he gave drops but no result. can you plz, suggests me some herbal or house hold hacks to cure the problems. Love from Karachi Pakistan

We are supposed to drink warm milk and have low dinner at night if sleep is essential not juice or anything like that, I don't know how much are we going against the nature after watching such videos, heavy breakfast in the morning, decent lunch in the afternoon and a very small dinner at night always makes a person's health wise as per nature's requirement, because in the morning sun is the king and at night moon is the queen…I hope this helps

  11. Night time juice is not good .there are two types .one white one yellow .white pumpkin juice is good for weight loss .
    Yellow we can make soup & have it by 6pm .or during lunch .
