  2. Dreams are spontaneous and random brain activity.
    I tried to manipulate my dreams but gave up after years of trying.

  3. You're 30 years behind the government. The beastie boys, "if you touch me you'll get shocked" lyrics was a government team up of behavior adjustment back when the government thought that shocking you while you slept made changes in personalities. BUT they figured out that it creates a natural defiance. So now your dreams about running into people that kind of adopt you and start to tell you have you should act…. You just don't remember it.

  5. I am 50 years old and my dreams are so real that they effect my day 80% and when I go to sleep the next night they can continue. The effect makes me think about them all day because they are so real I want them to continue. Should I be worried?

  7. Shuffle a deck of cards. Pick one without looking and place it face down near your bed. In a few days you will wake up and know exactly what the card is. It's weird and creepy but it works, especially for women.

  8. Artificial intelligence must be employed to enhance the therapeutic effects of "targeted dream incubation" on psychiatric disorders.

  9. Combining this technology with highly impressionable psychedelic dream states as part of trauma therapy might drastically rewire the brains associative networks. Very interesting work at MIT.
