Depending on your NEET PG Rank and your preferred course, you have to apply for 2 or more counselling authority. Lets see what are all the options available.
If your have top rank, then you can try state quota in government medical colleges located within your state. counselling for 50% of PG seats in government medical colleges affiliated to your state medical university is conducted by state DME directorate of medical education.
apart from your state counselling, you should always apply for all india quota counselling conducted by Medical counselling committee MCC. All India Quota Counselling for NEET PG 2022 is expected to start by end of june. 50% of seats in all government colleges in india are allotted through all india counselling conducted by MCC. If your NEET PG rank is between 5000 and 10000, then you have more chance to get clinical courses through all india quota than state quota in government colleges.

If you could not get into goverment medical colleges, you can try DNB Quota in government and private hospitals. counselling for 50% seats in government hospitals and 100% seats in private hospitals are conducted by MCC. last year, many doctors picked DNB course in same state compared to MD/MS course in other state.
